Complete Systems:AKG’s primary design focus is side-by-side brazed aluminum bar-plate cooling systems. We concentrate on complete single-plane arrangements consisting of radiators, charge air coolers, hydraulic and transmission oil coolers, as well as air-conditioning condensers. With our goal to be a client’s heat exchanger partner, AKG specializes in the design and manufacture of the complete module, including the fan, shroud and motor, if necessary. AKG’s competent engineering staff can design a complete system to meet a customer’s exclusive engine and performance restrictions and tailor the system to the unique constraints of a customer’s vehicle or application. AKG’s degreed engineers can assist in the selection of a fan to optimize air flow and cooling performance while minimizing noise and power draw. We can also aid in the choice and installation of a hydraulic, electric or pneumatic motor for mobile and diesel powered equipment.
